📋 Description

• Partner strategically with leaders to achieve business goals and lead teams effectively • Work with business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise, and stakeholders to develop, implement, and support People strategy solutions • Manage employee relations cases and investigations • Guide leaders in caregiver performance management and corrective action • Ensure alignment with policies, procedures, regulations, and legal concerns • Coach and influence leaders to improve team engagement and culture • Leverage analytical tools to provide data-informed recommendations supporting organizational strategies • Assess compensation needs and identify solutions aligned with pay practices, internal equity, and stewardship • Support and provide HR subject matter expertise for projects and initiatives within HR and across the organization • Work across operating states and lines of business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience • Significant expertise in employee relations • Demonstrated experience utilizing ServiceNow case management systems • Experience leveraging HR practices to drive successful business results • Experience in a Human Resources role requiring autonomy, critical thinking, and application of policy, procedure, and labor laws/statutes • Experience applying FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, harassment/discrimination laws, and related regulations • Experience independently conducting thorough employee relations investigations as an HR professional • Ability to manage a large workload with autonomy, organization, and adaptability in a remote-based team • Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization with frequent ambiguity • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, obtained through an accredited institution
