📋 Description
• Manage the overall performance of assigned customer accounts in accordance with contractual agreements, service level commitments, and company objectives • Coordinate compliance, supply chain management, inventory planning, and process improvement initiatives • Lead cross-functional teams supporting forecasting, orderbook and pipeline management, replenishment strategies, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery performance • Facilitate regular customer meetings, performance reviews, shortage discussions, service level reviews, and broader program or contract reviews • Drive long-term client relationships, align company solutions with client goals, and ensure mutual growth and revenue optimization
