📋 Description

• Represent clients on inbound and outbound telecommunications across phone and email • Maintain excellent quality standards and adhere to program scripts and guidelines • Accurately collect information and capture it in program databases • Document and triage Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with company, client, and federal guidelines • Complete literature fulfillment to customers • Communicate empathetically with callers and facilitate understanding of medical terminology • Work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously • Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures • Perform administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed • Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality under HIPAA

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Must be fluent in English and Spanish • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills • Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse • Pleasant telephone manner • Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting • Proficiency in reviewing intake documents thoroughly and entering information in database with little to no errors • Proficiency with Word and Excel • Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making • Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects with strong time management skills • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
