📋 Description

• Lead business process analysis workshops with stakeholders to map current-state processes end to end • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities across people, process, and technology • Partner with Dayforce configuration leads to align process changes with platform best practices • Design and deliver stakeholder presentations translating analysis into actionable recommendations • Participate directly in live process optimization work from day one • Collaborate with leads to present optimized processes to the client for sign-off

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead discussions with confidence • Clear, concise, persuasive communication and client presentation skills • Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders • High energy and confidence when facilitating workshops • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Ability to integrate quickly into a large, fast-moving team environment • Background in business process optimization or organizational change management • Understanding of Dayforce and its core capabilities (Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll) is required • Experience building and delivering polished stakeholder presentations • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred; English-only proficiency acceptable • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4 to 5 years of relevant business process advisory experience • Government of Canada security clearance (reliability status) required • Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years to be eligible for the required clearance • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
