📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of HR solutions (time, payroll, and other modules) from discovery to go-live while serving as the client's trusted advisor. • Facilitate workshops with sometimes resistant teams: communicate clearly, persuade, and structure discussions. • Challenge client needs and recommend configurations aligned with best practices. • Produce executive-level deliverables that advance decision-making. • Evolve INNOOVA practices: accelerator tools, AI, and knowledge management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5–8 years of significant consulting experience, gained at a large firm, consulting company, or systems integrator. • Active listening, ability to probe and challenge thinking, emotional intelligence, and political savvy. • Experience facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholders. • Ability to produce clear, impactful executive deliverables. • Resilience in ambitious transformation contexts. • Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, payroll, or workforce management. • Experience implementing HR solutions or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in a consulting context. • Certification on a recognized HCM platform is an asset; INNOOVA may cover certification costs. • Experience in the public/government sector is an asset.
