📋 Description

• Partner with leaders and employees across Western Canada to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinic and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives • Provide coaching and guidance related to performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices • Coordinate and support leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work processes • Collaborate with leaders to support health & safety initiatives and compliance requirements • Assist with HR projects, process improvements, training initiatives, and organizational programs • Promote consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment legislation across the business

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting multiple locations or operational teams • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field • Strong understanding of employment standards, human rights, and workplace health & safety legislation • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and employee relations • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills • Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP considered an asset • CHRP designation (or in progress) considered an asset • Bilingual English/French is considered a strong asset
