📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand needs, agree on business requirements, and define evaluation steps • Compose and deliver value-based software demonstrations and presentations, in person and remotely, personalized to prospective customers • Support all phases of the sales cycle and lead coordination and completion of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, written responses, and required documentation • Provide limited post-sale support to key customers and project/implementation teams to ensure smooth transition • Build and deliver presentations at industry events and trade shows • Maintain competitive-information databases, battle cards, go-to-market materials, and collateral with Product Marketing • Consult with customers on technical implications of migration to Insurity cloud solutions with Cloud Operations and Professional Services • Lead client-facing discovery sessions, analyze existing integrations, document business requirements and technical constraints, and provide integration rework guidance • Improve, perform, and maintain the active sales lifecycle for Insurity insurance software products • Help sales executives determine prospect requirements and supporting business cases • Demonstrate that Insurity can solve customer problems and is preferable to competing offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Recommended 8 years of applicable sales, sales engineering, insurance sales, or operations experience in a sophisticated, solution-based environment with high familiarity with the full sales process • Proven track record in the insurance or reinsurance sector • Experience in risk assessment, underwriting, exposure management, or claims analysis • Ability to leverage insurance expertise to support SaaS sales of geospatial solutions • Ability to translate insurance use cases into geospatial solutions • Detailed understanding of insurance distribution models and insurance software solutions, including MGAs, program administrators, and wholesale brokers • Proven success presenting to non-technical audiences and articulating business value • Strong organization and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time to high-quality standards • AI enablement experience • BA/BS degree required or relevant industry experience • Ability to travel up to 50% • English is necessary to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues based outside Quebec • For permanent positions in Quebec, French is required; French training is offered to candidates who do not sufficiently speak it • Nice to have: consulting experience • Nice to have: SDLC experience/knowledge • Nice to have: software implementation experience • Nice to have: project management experience • Nice to have: underwriting experience
