📋 Description

• Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with travel-related and lifestyle loyalty program needs, including guiding customers on travel benefits • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and complex travel itineraries • Provide a professional, seamless customer experience with every interaction • Represent recognized brands while supporting global client programs and high-value customers

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Ontario, Canada • Valid TICO certificate (required) • Must possess relevant Travel Industry Certification in accordance with local requirements • Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued • Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued • Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience • Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience • Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred • Personal global travel experience is an asset • Fluent (verbal and written) in English and French or Cantonese • Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet • Ability to pass required background screening • High school diploma or equivalent is required
