📋 Description

• Oversee HR initiatives and employee and labour relations for the assigned portfolio group • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR matters • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and fostering positive relationships • Lead global HR projects and continuous improvement efforts • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal governance • Drive organizational change management initiatives • Use HR analytics to measure program effectiveness • Collaborate with payroll departments on employee matters • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum five years of previous experience in a busy Human Resources position • Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management • Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations • Preference for experience in a unionized environment • Proven ability to influence management and key stakeholders • Must have experience independently leading employee relations investigations • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Experience with ADP WFN or BambooHR is an asset • HR professional certification is an asset
