📋 Description

• Lead ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for global clients • Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent & Learning • Serve as the primary client contact, build relationships, provide strategic advice, and ensure high-quality creative solutions • Advise proactively on dependencies, cross-stream implications, and maintenance concerns • Own configuration of complex initiatives and guide clients through appropriate testing • Mentor junior consultants and promote team capability development • Manage competing priorities across multiple clients and communicate completion dates and blockers • Suggest improvements to Workday configuration and user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and Learning, or related experience in another system such as SuccessFactors or similar • Solid understanding of related Workday functional areas beyond the core specialty • Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team • Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders • Commercial awareness and understanding of consulting project dynamics • Ability to manage service delivery risk and lead cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions • Enthusiasm to learn about upcoming changes related to Sana for Learning
