📋 Description

• Plan, analyze, develop, deliver, and support learning-centric training programs for multiple audiences across multiple locations and time zones • Create and maintain training curriculum and materials • Develop and support online recorded and eLearning modules • Identify development opportunities and training gaps through formal needs analysis and measurement and evaluation strategies • Provide feedback to learners and leaders • Track and report training data • Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning theories and practices • Participate in team and department project work • Assist with coaching and RTIW duties as needed • Identify training risks and collaborate to initiate risk mitigation processes • Plan, monitor, and evaluate training success through multiple levels of training evaluations • Facilitate learning through various strategies and methods • Research and implement leading-edge training and development practices • Document processes and procedures on Manusource

🎯 Requirements

• Disability Case Management experience across all benefits lines an asset; STD or LTD is required • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset; if the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec • Customer focused with very strong listening skills • Accountable and seeks win-win solutions • Highly organized and analytical • Focused on continuous improvement • Able to influence and embrace change • Collaborative working relationships • Superior influence, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of agile and change management methods • Proficient and flexible in balancing multiple changing priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment • Creative, innovative, with strong technical aptitude • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities • Knowledge and experience in remote training • Able to document and communicate complex ideas in a simplified way • Extensive knowledge of Disability Management techniques and skills gained through experience in effective Disability Case Management • Well-developed knowledge of the disability industry • Analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Knowledge of adult learning theories and practices
