📋 Description

• Identify learning needs with GTM leaders and subject matter experts and translate business priorities and knowledge gaps into learning objectives and solutions • Design and develop learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, digital, presentation, toolkit, job aid, practice, assessment, and reinforcement modalities • Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to recommend learning approaches, modalities, sequencing, and reinforcement • Curate and adapt internal and external content • Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, case studies, knowledge checks, and other delivery resources • Ensure learning materials are polished, consistent, accessible, and aligned with Harbor’s standards • Manage assigned learning projects from discovery through development, launch, and evaluation • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities • Coordinate content development and review cycles across Delivery, Client Engagement, L&D, and other stakeholders • Manage concurrent learning initiatives and proactively address risks, dependencies, scope, and barriers • Facilitate project meetings, design sessions, content reviews, and stakeholder discussions • Build relationships with GTM leaders, SMEs, L&D, and cross-functional partners • Lead discovery conversations, synthesize stakeholder input, and communicate with stakeholders including senior leaders • Coordinate with external learning/content providers as needed • Develop and maintain digital learning content using Articulate 360 • Support learning implementation and launch through Workday Learning, including course setup, testing, learner journeys, materials, and launch readiness • Conduct quality assurance and testing • Leverage learning technology and AI-enabled tools to improve content development efficiency and scalability • Define learning-effectiveness measures and develop assessments, knowledge checks, surveys, and evaluation mechanisms • Review learner feedback, stakeholder input, and learning data to recommend improvements • Capture lessons learned and reusable content for future initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field • 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or Learning & Development • Demonstrated experience independently owning learning deliverables and workstreams for adult learners • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, curriculum development, and blended learning approaches • Strong project and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills • Proficiency with PowerPoint and learning/content development tools such as Articulate 360 • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships • Experience working within professional services, consulting, sales enablement, or a similarly fast-paced, knowledge-based environment strongly preferred • Familiarity with Workday Learning or a comparable LMS preferred • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to evolving business priorities
