📋 Description

• Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, from targeted opportunity generation through closing and expansion • Drive outbound strategy into defined market segments using structured cadences • Test and optimize outbound sales approaches • Lead consultative discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations • Manage and forecast a complex sales pipeline in Salesforce • Qualify and prioritize opportunities using GTV, business model, and buying timeline • Partner with SDRs to convert outbound interest into qualified opportunities and closed revenue • Collaborate with leadership and peers to refine strategy and share insights • Navigate pricing and negotiations while protecting deal value • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets • Sell Lightspeed's cloud commerce platform helping SMBs compete with larger retailers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building pipeline through an outbound motion and converting cold outreach into opportunities • Experience managing and forecasting a sales pipeline • Consistently hit or exceeded targets • Previous top-performer experience with demonstrable results • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle from first touch to close • Ability to create momentum through outbound sales rather than relying on inbound leads • Strong discovery and structured deal management skills • Ability to defend sales forecasts • Motivation to grow a career at Lightspeed Commerce • Experience with Salesforce.com, SaaS, or retail is an asset but not necessary • Must be based in British Columbia, Canada, in Pacific Standard Time
