📋 Description

• Review documents submitted by Mortgage Specialists to ensure files are complete and all conditions are met • Set up and administer new mortgage business • Process mortgage-related financial transactions and documents • Address routine queries from internal partners • Resolve situations, influence decisions, and maintain accountability for workload and responsiveness • Support the team in meeting urgent deadlines and handling unexpected volume increases • Respond to and resolve inquiries promptly • Build collaborative relationships with internal departments through excellent customer service • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist with implementing improvements and efficiencies • Ensure escalated complaint investigations consider customer experience • Follow Bank policies and standards for information, documentation, and mortgage discharge processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual in French and English; required to communicate in both languages • General knowledge of residential mortgage business and mortgage underwriting practices is an asset • Sound knowledge of MS Office programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook • Previous banking experience is an asset • Excellent customer service skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Proven organization and time management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to understand and correctly interpret legal mortgage documents • Strong team collaboration skills • Willingness to work flexible hours during peak season
