• Map current and future-state processes and identify opportunities to improve and streamline workflows • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements • Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions • Develop and execute SIT/UAT testing scenarios, track issues, and support resolution • Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation • Support user readiness through training and change-related activities • Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners • Support Finance’s transition to a modern ERP platform and successful system rollout
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and procurement / purchasing workflows • Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, business requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), process mapping, and testing / UAT • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment • Proven ability to partner with Finance teams, assess processes, and deliver practical system or workflow improvements
