📋 Description

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain product-level code across the entire codebase • Take ownership of critical features and high-impact projects • Lead technical design discussions and drive architectural improvements for performance, reliability, and scalability • Triage, debug, and resolve complex system issues across hardware, networks, and services • Evaluate performance, cost, and scalability of live systems • Refactor legacy code to support growth • Collaborate cross-functionally in agile sprints with product managers, designers, and engineers • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Maintain technical documentation • Mentor junior team members and co-op students

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and maintaining high-impact, full-stack software solutions • Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Python, and TypeScript • Proficiency in Spring Boot or related languages • Proven track record developing robust, scalable applications • Deep expertise building distributed microservices • Experience with Apache Kafka, Debezium, and Pub/Sub architectures • Proven mastery of AWS cloud-managed applications • Extensive experience with Docker container orchestration • Experience managing complex IoT systems and large-scale datasets • Knowledge of Snowflake data pipelines and Redis real-time caching • Hands-on experience using modern agentic tooling • Experience mentoring and technically influencing peers • Legally eligible to work in either Canada or the United States • Must indicate whether immigration sponsorship is required
