• Drive integrated talent agenda for the business unit. • Deliver talent solutions that support business strategy in alignment with global HR strategy. • Serve as talent management expert and implement local talent initiatives. • Translate enterprise talent strategy into integrated talent roadmaps and annual operating plan. • Deliver regional strategic talent review and succession planning processes. • Identify solutions to accelerate the growth of critical talent. • Manage the talent pipeline and identify future workforce needs. • Define KPIs and success measures for talent solutions, using dashboards to analyze trends. • Collaborate with Culture Leads to drive engagement and inclusion agenda.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development. • A Master's degree in I/O Psychology or an MBA is preferred. • Broad HR experience, with a heavy focus on talent management/organizational development. • Strategic Mindset & Business Acumen: Ability to navigate high ambiguity and translate strategic intent into practical talent solutions with business impact. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. • Project Management: ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), specifically Workday, and employee experience platforms like Glint.
