📋 Description

• Establish expertise in online marketing and company product suite • Serve as the point of contact for customers within the Professional Services product suite • Communicate with customers regularly by phone and email • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships • Communicate website and digital marketing campaign strategies, updates, and performance data • Analyze campaign performance and discuss recommendations and next steps with customers • Create web performance reports • Document all client interactions • Own customer calls and communicate customer needs to department leaders • Resolve customer issues and identify root causes • Communicate customer feedback, opportunities, and trends to department leaders • Set customer performance expectations and promote product/service value • Recommend appropriate upsell and cross-sell products • Mentor and assist in training and development of team members • Serve as a subject matter expert in workshops, training, and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication • Behaviors aligned with company core values • At least 2 years in professional role(s), including direct interaction with people/customers • Strong communication and people skills • Self-motivation and effective decision-making skills • Multitasking and strong organizational skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards within expected time frames • Strong passion for customer service and solving customer questions • Customer-centric attitude • Ability to fully work escalations, de-escalate customers, and retain them with minimal Supervisor input • High degree of accountability • Strong personal organization • Positive collaboration with team members • Creative thinking and problem-solving techniques • Strong desire for continuous learning • Prior online marketing experience recommended, but not required
