📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality • Manage custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends • Define and analyze product performance metrics and drive improvement over time • Solicit ideas and feedback and gather requirements • Coordinate cross-functional teams to solve customer problems • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and go-to-market for a key product area • Prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems • Drive the launch of new products

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management for a technology company • Ownership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and presentation skills • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with ownership of problems and solutions • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers • Experience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware highly preferred • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity preferred • Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality preferred • Experience shipping products within a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC preferred • Ability to work anywhere in the United States
