📋 Description

• Be the lightning-fast first point of contact, responding to inbound inquiries in under 5 minutes • Execute 150–175 strategic outbound calls daily to past borrowers and warm lists • Log every interaction in HubSpot in real time • Vet leads rigorously and book qualified appointments directly into the pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of SDR/BDR experience • High-volume calling skill set • Clear, confident, and professional English speaking voice • Detail-oriented and coachable • Hands-on experience navigating modern CRM systems (especially HubSpot) • Highly proficient with internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) setup with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
