📋 Description

• Serve as the client’s first impression of Pushpay • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits within the Catholic denomination • Make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day • Schedule 1–2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives • Hold meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their community-engagement challenges • Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help • Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build the pipeline • Monitor KPIs and metrics; work toward a quota • Collaborate with a team to achieve targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required • High school graduate or holder of an equivalent degree; BS/BA preferred • Experience working with Catholic parishes or Catholic dioceses recommended and preferred • Working knowledge of the leadership structure within the Catholic church • Knowledge of day-to-day parish and diocesan activities • Working knowledge of parish faith formation programs and sacramental activities at the Catholic Church • Working knowledge of parish/diocesan budgets or financials • Sales experience talking/spelling over the phone • Ability to connect prospects' business needs to Pushpay’s SaaS solutions • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Mac OSX and Google Platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Required availability from 6AM–3PM or 7AM–4PM Pacific Time • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
