📋 Description

• Process contributions and redemptions into existing client accounts • Manage changes to recurring contributions and redemptions (PAC/AWD changes) • Update beneficiary information and Know Your Client records • Provide statements and support clients with basic requests • Work with associates to prepare tax documents for non-reg, corporate and income accounts • Communicate with Quadrus and other fund company back offices to understand and complete processes • Manage files and ensure documents are properly sorted in the file system • Back up associates setting up new investment accounts and preparing/tracking asset transfers • Contact prospects to gather information required for new opportunities • Store prospect documents properly in the file system

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Investment Processing • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Professional communication and client service skills • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Proactive and reliable • Strong problem-solving abilities • Positive, client-focused mindset • Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry • Post-secondary education considered an asset • Previous office administration experience considered an asset
