📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth and strengthen customer partnerships • Own and execute the provincial account strategy • Lead senior customer engagement and experience • Drive commercial strategy and opportunity development • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver unified execution • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years’ of experience in complex healthcare sales • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience • An MBA or equivalent advanced business experience is considered an asset • Demonstrated success working within public-sector healthcare systems • Strong commercial, business, and financial acumen • Experience in British Columbia’s health systems preferred • Experience supporting digital health, informatics, interoperability, workflow transformation, or other complex healthcare modernization initiatives • Exposure to redevelopment, capital planning, or major infrastructure-related healthcare opportunities
