📋 Description

• Manage leads and provide quotes to prospective clients in a timely manner • Generate new business through existing networks and given leads • Build trust and effectively understand customers’ needs and requirements • Close sales and meet sales targets • Identify opportunities to drive customer value through cross-selling and upselling • Recommend and explain coverages based on individual customer needs • Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners • Report to the Personal Lines Sales Broker, Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Alberta Level 2 General License required • B.C. Level 1/2 General License an asset • Minimum 1 year of personal lines insurance sales experience with a proven track record of achieving high sales numbers • Independent, ambitious and competitive • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude • Looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Legally entitled to work in Canada
