📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview candidates • Complete offer negotiation and acceptance processes • Complete contractor hiring administrative processes • Onboard new contractors • Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes • Ensure assigned accounts are fully recruited • Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates • Provide recruitment updates and keep management informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment • Execute recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques • Maintain recruitment materials • Keep management informed of recruitment progress and recruiting issues • Meet customer satisfaction objectives through full recruitment of assigned accounts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma/GED • 2 years or more of full life-cycle recruiting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at intermediate level • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments • Customer service skills • Willingness/ability to travel 0–10% • Some positions may require employment and education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, and/or customer badging or background requirements
