• Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives while managing territory resources responsibly • Develop, execute, and refine a data-driven territory business plan • Identify risks and opportunities and adjust the approach to protect and grow results • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights • Build and maintain value-based partnerships with Hematologic Oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals • Serve as the primary commercial contact for Sanofi within assigned accounts • Coordinate cross-functional support from Marketing, Medical, Patient Support, and internal partners • Understand account decision-making structures and adapt engagement approaches • Support institutions and key accounts through formulary and budget approval processes • Conduct scientific exchange aligned with the Product Monograph and Sanofi ethical and compliance standards • Articulate the clinical and patient value of Sanofi therapies in Multiple Myeloma treatment paradigms • Educate and train healthcare teams on clinical benefits, administration, and real-world use of Sanofi therapies • Facilitate peer-to-peer learning between community-based and academic oncologists • Build local advocacy through relationships with key stakeholders • Support regional and national educational programs, learning initiatives, and congresses • Maintain accurate territory and account databases • Use omnichannel and digital tools to enhance customer engagement • Execute activities in alignment with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards • Maintain CRM documentation, call reporting, expense management, and administrative requirements • Complete mandatory training and steward company assets • Participate in national and regional meetings, conferences, and training programs
• Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Business, or related field) • 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience; Oncology or Hematology strongly preferred • Demonstrated track record of high performance in complex, specialist-driven markets • Deep understanding of Hematology/Oncology, including treatment landscapes, patient journeys, and market access • Experience with institutional accounts, reimbursement processes, and formulary approvals • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action • Proven excellence in consultative, value-based selling and account strategy execution • Ability to influence without authority and lead through cross-functional collaboration • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex clinical information • Curiosity and learning agility, with fluency in disease state, clinical data, and product complexity • Exceptional planning, prioritization, and territory management skills • Self-directed and comfortable operating independently in a field-based environment • Proficient with CRM systems and digital engagement tools • Willing and able to travel approximately 60%, including national and occasional international travel • Flexibility for evening and weekend work as required by business needs • Eligibility for company vehicle under Sanofi Fleet Program, with required safety training and acceptable driving record • Must maintain an acceptable driving record
