📋 Description

• Contribute to the rollout and adoption of a new HCM system in Canada • Align Canadian HR practices with those in the United States while ensuring local compliance • Identify improvement opportunities and participate in implementing an efficient, scalable HR structure • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees • Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, performance, employee relations, etc.) • Support both operational and strategic HR initiatives • Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources (generalist role or HRBP) • University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in human resources, business administration, or a related field • Experience in multi-site or cross-border environments • Familiarity with unionized environments (major asset)
