📋 Description

• Manage relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure Solink is deployed to all sites on time • Communicate with customers about integrating Solink into their businesses • Work with Sales teams to understand and meet customer needs • Build trust-based relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout deployments • Coordinate installations with subcontractors and integrators across global regions • Validate installations against Solink standards and notify customers upon completion • Act as a trusted advisor for customer escalations • Coordinate and schedule installation workloads for the internal Deployment Support team • Scope and plan deployments, delivering them on time and within expectations • Maintain project/deployment reporting and KPI tracking • Use project management tools and internal systems to manage deployments and provide updates • Act as intermediary between internal and external project stakeholders • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly stand-up and status update meetings • Contribute to quarterly business review calls with key customer groups • Apply standard deployment processes and seek second opinions when appropriate • Collaborate with internal teams to address obstacles • Drive process improvements supporting Solink’s growth targets • Manage, track, and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices • Ensure projects remain within budget • Serve as a subject matter expert on Solink deployment processes • Manage and track hardware purchases, shipments, and deliveries; flag supply or shipping risks

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an operations coordinator, project, or deployment management role; new graduates with some experience welcome • Experience ideally supporting large-scale clients and projects • Ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through resolution • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Word, Gmail, Calendar), SmartSheets, and Salesforce • Ability to work independently or within a team supporting partners, customers, and projects • Self-starter who thinks outside the box and brings forward new ideas • Ability to assess and improve processes, including identifying automation opportunities • Comfort reporting project metrics and performance to diverse stakeholders • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to explain troubleshooting steps and technical solutions clearly to customers • Proactive communication of progress and blockers • Criminal records check upon hire • Canadian citizen, dual citizen, or eligible to work in Canada • Willingness to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards
