📋 Description

• Drive portfolio health and business performance by managing sales, revenue, margins, pricing, lifecycle activities, supply-demand dynamics, and financial and business goals • Lead regional marketing execution and new product launches with global and cross-functional teams • Deliver demand generation, ROI tracking, launch planning, budget planning, and alignment to portfolio and customer needs • Develop product marketing tools, sales aids, and training content • Collaborate with field sales, strategic account managers, and channel partners • Own regional price corridor recommendations and support GPO bids • Guide SKU and product data management • Ensure competitive positioning and brand consistency • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify and execute growth opportunities • Perform portfolio health oversight for the Advanced Wound Dressings business, focusing on Solventum Promogran Prisma Collagen Matrix • Execute regional marketing strategies and new product launches • Support the field sales organization and channel partners • Coordinate cross-functional activities aligned to regional and business priorities • Prepare and deliver business inputs for strategy, investment decisions, and lifecycle planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of sales, marketing, or business management experience in a private, public, government or military environment • OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of sales, marketing, or business management experience in a private, public, government or military environment • MBA degree or higher from an accredited university is an additional qualification • Knowledge of the wound care market, including advanced wound dressings (AWD) and collagen products used in acute and post-acute care settings • Ability to communicate business and product information through written and verbal formats to internal and external stakeholders • Experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, including project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination • Ability to evaluate business information, identify strategic considerations, and make decisions based on business objectives and available data • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May include up to 30% domestic/international travel
