📋 Description

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok • Build creative testing roadmaps, develop angles, and write briefs for editors • Analyze creative performance and identify what is working • Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/month to $1m/month per client • Diagnose the full funnel, including creative, offer, and conversion issues • Communicate results, plans, and next steps to clients • Source UGC talent, write scripts, and direct content when needed • Help scale successful campaigns and build repeatable growth frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands • Managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue) • Bonus: Built or operated your own Shopify store or eCommerce brand • Ability to generate creative angles from reviews, competitor ads, and comments • Experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs • Ability to work with editors to create winning ad variations • Video editing or design skills are a plus • Ability to challenge assumptions and adapt quickly • Ability to explain decisions and strategy • Ownership, urgency, initiative, and follow-through
