📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach • Work a flexible schedule to balance professional and personal needs • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team • Work with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use TD’s sales management system to manage sales activities and support success • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred
