📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach • Conduct sales calls, including joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager • Use TD's sales management system • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance • Build own business using TD's brand • Serve customers through TD's financial products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication ideal • Post-secondary education preferred • Ability to work under provincial employment regulations in Canada
