📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives • Drive customer value and support business objectives • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions aligned with market needs and company goals • Serve as product domain expert for dealership Fixed Operations workflows • Support the launch of ARC in the Quebec market • Address service lane operations, repair order management, technician productivity, parts inventory, parts sales, warranty administration, customer-pay service, and dealership service performance optimization • Guide appointment scheduling, repair order lifecycle management, parts procurement and inventory management, technician workflows, warranty administration, and customer service delivery • Develop and scale B2B products for Canadian automotive dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features • Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making • Bilingual French and English required • Experience in the automotive industry and dealership management systems • Subject matter expertise in dealership Fixed Operations, including parts management, service department workflows, repair orders, technician dispatching, warranty processes, inventory control, and customer service operations • Experience building scalable, user-facing B2B products supporting dealership Parts, Service, and Fixed Operations workflows for Canadian automotive dealerships • Ability to travel up to 25%
