📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives • Drive customer value and support business objectives • Serve as the product domain expert for dealership retail workflows • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions aligned with market needs and company goals • Contribute to strategic priorities for the launch of ARC in the Quebec market • Support vehicle sales, desking, F&I, credit application and approval, lender integrations, compliance, and deal funding workflows • Build scalable B2B products for Canadian automotive dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features • Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Experience working in the automotive industry and dealership management systems • Subject matter expertise in dealership retail operations, desking, F&I, finance workflows, credit bureau integrations, lender submission processes, regulatory compliance, and vehicle sales transactions • Experience building scalable, user-facing B2B products for Canadian automotive dealerships • Proven success developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills • Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making • Bilingual French and English required • Ability to travel up to 25%
