📋 Description

• Manage client success and provide strategic product consulting • Work closely with the programmatic marketplace operations team to maximize client revenue • Provide tactical and strategic guidance on Triton tools to help clients in Europe and the Middle East achieve their revenue goals • Provide hands-on assistance with clients’ strategic and operational product issues • Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, multiple teams and organizational levels, and other Client Success Managers • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States • Manage and cultivate positive relationships to retain clients • Understand clients’ businesses, needs, expectations, and requirements • Maintain thorough knowledge of Triton products and services • Monitor clients’ needs and business evolution to maximize their success with Triton products • Collaborate with internal Sales Managers to deliver new services and nurture client relationships • Track and measure progress across multiple ongoing tasks and projects • Coordinate with the Implementation Team to ensure the timely delivery of services to new clients and activation of new services • Collaborate with the Support Team on escalations involving critical support issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Client Success Manager with a proven track record of managing client relationships • Excellent written and verbal English skills • French-language proficiency • Spanish is an asset • Strong consultative client management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment • Exceptional customer service skills • Proven experience in digital advertising and its ecosystem • Knowledge of ad-serving technologies and ad servers is preferred • Background in or passion for radio and/or podcasting is an asset • Solid experience with reporting and business intelligence tools and spreadsheets • Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with broadcast ad scheduling and trafficking is preferred • Must be bilingual and based in Quebec or Ontario • An English-language resume is required
