📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to lead deep technical discovery and qualify complex customer use cases • Shape solution strategy for key enterprise opportunities • Create and deliver bespoke product demonstrations, technical presentations, and interactive workshops • Own and execute proofs of concept and pilot programs from start to finish • Define success criteria, guide implementation, remove technical blockers, and document executive-level business outcomes • Act as the voice of the customer internally • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share market insights and shape the product roadmap • Complete RFPs and Security Questionnaires accurately and by agreed deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer with a proven track record of direct, impactful customer engagement • Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and modern integration patterns • Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and implementing complex enterprise integrations • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with technical engineering teams and C-level executive audiences • Brilliant problem-solving skills • Proven methodology for hunting down solutions, navigating ambiguity, and communicating answers effectively
