📋 Description

• Design, develop, assess, and deploy SSRS reports for Transfer Agency and operational reporting requirements • Develop, configure, and maintain JAMS jobs, dependencies, triggers, and schedules to automate business processes and system workflows • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets for Power Agent, reporting, and automation processes • Monitor, triage, and resolve application development tickets related to Envision Power Agent, SSRS reports, and JAMS jobs • Support application releases, upgrades, and operational improvements within the Power Agent environment • Collaborate with business analysts and Transfer Agency stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Contact clients regarding general information, issue resolution, inquiries, and reporting requirements as needed • Coordinate with team members and internal teams regarding inquiries and open workflows • Perform other duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing and supporting applications in a Microsoft SQL Server environment • Firsthand experience developing SSRS reports • Experience scripting in PowerShell or C# for automation and job orchestration • Direct experience supporting or developing within Envision Power Agent • Equivalent education and experience will be considered • Knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms • Knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures • Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations or financial services environments • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Troubleshooting, creative and critical thinking skills • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely, both written and oral • Ability to establish and develop effective working relationships with associates and clientele • Ability to adapt priorities and deadlines to changing conditions or unexpected obstacles and ensure completion
