📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance on EmbryoScope TimeLapse and Culture Systems • Install capital equipment at customer sites according to specifications • Troubleshoot and repair Vitrolife Group capital equipment remotely and onsite • Provide timely and professional technical support to customers and internal teams • Document service activities and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication • Travel extensively, with a minimum of 80% travel, for installations, service calls, and training • Participate in a nights-and-weekends on-call rotation with other service team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum associate degree in a technical or engineering program • 1–2 years in a technical or engineering role • Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and software configuration • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, networking, and system integration • Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, including pneumatics • Advanced PC knowledge: hardware assembly, software setup, and networking • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across IT and lab equipment • Professional appearance and communication in customer-facing settings • Organized, logical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving • Ability to follow protocols and ask clarifying questions when needed • Comfortable working independently and managing extensive travel schedules • Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada • Successful completion of a background check
