📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for 4–6 technical and non-technical roles at a time, from intake through offer • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define skills, interview plans, compensation ranges, and timelines • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities, and events • Build talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles • Review applications and conduct recruiter screens assessing skills, experience, motivation, and values alignment • Design and coordinate structured, competency-based interviews, skills assessments, and case exercises • Prepare interview panels and facilitate timely debriefs • Prepare and extend approved offers and guide candidates through offer details • Escalate complex negotiations to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead • Deliver a timely, transparent, and respectful candidate experience • Maintain accurate ATS records and share pipeline updates and recruitment metrics • Ensure hiring practices comply with Canadian employment standards, human rights, accessibility, pay transparency, and PIPEDA requirements • Gather hiring manager and candidate feedback and improve recruitment workflows, templates, and guides • Partner with People Ops, Marketing, and hiring managers on employer branding, interviewer coaching, workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and offer-to-day-one handoffs • Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house supporting tech or SaaS hiring • A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles • Technical awareness sufficient to screen candidates and partner with hiring teams • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and communities • Track record of building diverse pipelines • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System such as Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or Lever • Ability to use recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and report progress • Experience running structured, competency-based interviews • Experience supporting offers within established compensation guidelines • Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards, human rights, accessibility, pay transparency, and PIPEDA requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication • Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or AI features in sourcing and ATS platforms • Sound judgment regarding fairness and privacy when using AI • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful • Comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment • CPHR/CHRP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter designation is a bonus, not required
