📋 Description

• Support various clients across Canada • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers • Conduct pre-screens and reference checks • Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain an active candidate pool • Understand candidate profiles and promote Acosta’s brand effectively • Use Internet search engines and social networking to identify talent • Create ways to connect with target talent and cold-call prospective candidates • Post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel • Participate in client meetings and maintain consistent, professional communication • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal) • One year of recruiting experience preferred • Proficient with email and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong networking and relationship-building skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage urgent requirements, and meet deadlines • High productivity in a dynamic environment • Proficient with Internet search engines and social networking • Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive technology gadgets • Customer-service minded, goal-oriented, outgoing, and energetic • Ability to post daily updates in English on the client’s Microsoft Teams channel, participate in meetings, and maintain professional client communication in English
