📋 Description

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products • Take ownership of client relationships • Help grow Westland’s presence and profile in the local community • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention • Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate • Identify client needs and provide recommendations • Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting principles • Pursue opportunities to grow insurance industry knowledge and career

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of achieving sales targets • Ability to build authentic client relationships • Strong time management and workload prioritization • Confidentiality and discretion • Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP • 2-5 years of commercial insurance experience
