📋 Description

• Support execution of WM's National Account program across the assigned book of business • Assist National Account Managers and Project Managers with new program initiatives, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers, trips and void reviews, and new services • Attend QBRs and meetings with Project Managers and National Account Managers • Manage concurrent customer interactions from inbound emails and tasks • Follow up through email and outbound calls to provide consistent customer support • Coordinate with Project Managers and field organizations to address operational activities, reporting, escalations, setup, and service requests • Request quotes for services, equipment, and damage claims • Document customer interactions in Salesforce and resolve issues through appropriate departments and procedures • Partner with internal support teams and escalate exceptions through defined paths • Reduce stop service and missed pickups and ensure accurate client billing • Prepare materials for client forums • Execute client-specific waste-volume reporting, including tonnage, rebates, and contamination • Assist with quarterly scorecards and attend QBRs • Set up new client users and provide training on the E-business portal • Become a local resource for WM's integrated environmental services • Monitor local facility news to proactively address customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in relationship management, sales, marketing, business administration, or equivalent alternative • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience as an alternative to the degree • 1 year of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement • Ability to support customer experience, sales, reporting, escalations, service requests, and client programs • Salesforce documentation and customer interaction management • Ability to learn WM's integrated environmental services • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business travel or federal property access
