📋 Description

• Own team deliverables and objectives • Set technical strategy and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers • Provide active career development and technical guidance to engineers • Hire, build your team, and manage performance • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project management • Build, drive and uplift a dynamic and highly effective engineering team • Own the creation and delivery of innovative products

🎯 Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • You’re a passionate engineering leader, with at least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers • You are hands on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work • You communicate effectively and have a proven track record of effective hiring and team building • You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments • You’re an empathetic leader who builds strong teams • Experience with Java, Angular, React, and AWS Experience in this tech stack is a plus, although not mandatory.
