📋 Description

• Build the new ShareGate Migrate web application • Deliver robust full-stack features that meet quality, performance, and UX standards • Shape the team’s technical decisions, including libraries, patterns, and testing strategy • Translate user needs into simple, well-designed experiences in collaboration with Product and Design • Integrate Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) reliably and securely • Anticipate technical risks and provide concrete solutions • Raise the team’s technical bar through code reviews and mentoring • Establish reusable technical patterns and support the development of a 100% web-based experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of software development experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment • Strong proficiency in frontend development with React (TypeScript) • Solid backend development experience with C# / .NET • Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product context • Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences • Experience using AI tools on a daily basis in software development • Clear and direct communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge product decisions • Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL) is an asset
