📋 Description

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound calls • Work 100% by phone in a fast-paced environment • Work scheduled Monday through Friday shifts in local time • Own and manage a Salesforce CRM pipeline of small-business clients • Recommend Yelp advertising products based on client needs • Ask probing questions, overcome objections and rejection, and use quick-close techniques • Navigate qualification-to-close sales processes and identify upsell opportunities • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas • Track daily goals and metrics

🎯 Requirements

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated interest in sales/business or people-centric industry • Willingness to make a high volume of outbound phone calls daily • General computer and email proficiency • Proficiency with Google Suite • Access to a distraction-free work environment • Individual hardline high-speed internet connection; satellite internet and mobile hotspots are not permitted • Open to feedback and willing to implement areas for improvement • Strong, engaging interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without oversight • Current US work authorization
