• Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificar e qualificar leads em múltiplos canais (telefone, WhatsApp, redes sociais e e-mail) • Construir conexões sólidas com decisores de empresas-alvo, garantindo uma abordagem consultiva e personalizada • Conduzir conversas de alto nível utilizando metodologias de vendas como SPIN Selling, BANT e Rapport • Executar follow-ups consistentes conforme a cadência comercial definida • Estudar continuamente o portfólio para entregar soluções ajustadas às dores e desafios de cada cliente • Garantir a atualização e gestão completa do CRM, acompanhando cada oportunidade até a conversão • Colaborar com o time comercial e jurídico para elevar a qualidade do funil e das entregas de valor • Atuar conforme as políticas éticas e institucionais da empresa

🎯 Requirements

• Ensino médio completo • Experiência mínima: 6 anos com vendas • Vivência em vendas B2B consultivas high ticket • Geração e qualificação de leads (perfil hunter) • Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas (SPIN, BANT, Rapport) • Gestão de funil e uso de CRM • Habilidade em prospecção ativa e canais digitais • Comunicação oral e escrita eficaz, com alta capacidade de negociação e influência • Perfil proativo, resiliente e focado em resultados
