• Conseil et accompagnement des responsables sur toute question RH • Gestion du développement du personnel et suivi de la gestion des performances • Résolution des conflits • Recrutement des postes variés ; opérationnel et cadre • Onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs et suivi du cycle de vie • Participation et conduite des projets RH • Amélioration des processus RH • Contrôle des salaires, gestion des absences • Tâches administratives
🎯 Requirements
• Brevet Fédéral en Ressources humaines • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans les ressources humaines • D'excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale en français et anglais • D'excellentes capacités à prioriser son travail et être multi-tâches
