📋 Description
• Manage the full commercial order lifecycle for customers and distributors • Process inbound purchase orders and validate PO accuracy • Handle order modifications and cancellations • Initiate and track RMA requests and coordinate with logistics partners • Maintain customer master data and support new customer onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• Significant experience in order management and customer service • Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SFDC) • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Ability to manage customer master data accurately • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
