📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of **2 years of experience** in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment • Proven experience sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions • Experience working with international talent pools and understanding different hiring markets and cultural nuances • Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously • Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
