• Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities • Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, logistics • Manage first-touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow-up emails • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking • Collaborate with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development • Contribute to the setup and evolution of the Medellín on-site operation, including onboarding processes and best practices
• 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments • Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written • Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales • Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Medellín, Monday through Friday • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references • Experience selling into the US market
